  • Required Reading: Lannon, Chapter 5, Chapter 10, plus online readings

  • Required Writing: Review five websites that discuss products or procedures that could be ethically problematic  (examples: diet pills, steroids for muscle mass increase, mail-order brides, get-rich-quick schemes (Nigerian "Advance Fee" Scam, etc.).  Make a bullet list of the ethics issues contained in each one.
  • Discussion Board Participation.
  • Grammar Exercises (below) -- Optional, unless specifically indicated by professor

5 websites that contain information or discussions of ethically problematic products or procedures.  These may be the same as the ones listed above

Write a one-paragraph description of the website, and the product or procedure it is describing.

Your description should include a list of the ethics issues contained in each of the websites.   You should find at least 2 ethical issues per website.  Please express your opinion in a sentence or two.
